Privacy Policy — Effective April 10, 2026
CHARTER: Nomad is a single-player mobile game. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and your choices.
The app itself does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location. All gameplay data (progress, settings, purchases) is stored locally on your device.
You may optionally sign in with your Google account to sync your game progress across devices. When you do, your save data is stored in your personal Google Drive in a hidden app-specific folder that only CHARTER: Nomad can access. We do not have access to any other files in your Google Drive. You can delete this data at any time from within the app.
The app offers optional cosmetic purchases and an ad-removal option through Google Play Billing. Purchase transactions are processed entirely by Google Play. We do not collect or store payment information.
The app displays non-personalized ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data (impressions, clicks) for the purpose of serving ads. We have configured AdMob to request non-personalized ads only. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. The app does not require account creation or personal information to play.
You can delete all of your game data at any time by opening Settings > Reset All Data > Confirm Reset within the app. This permanently erases all local data and any cloud save stored in your Google Drive. See our Data Deletion page for details.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
